Every watch has a guarantee card that should be duly completed upon purchase to be processed as a valid card from the purchase date. According to conditions and terms specified in the guarantee leaflets, customers can have their watches checked periodically and repaired when any technical defect or problem occurs at no cost as long as guarantees are valid.

Besides, all unavailable spare parts can be ordered within 96 hours by a special order from the suppliers. Anyhow, some of the key spare parts are available at the head workshop in Riyadh.
